Five stars is not enough!! If I could give more I would. I decided to sell my house whilst living abroad and Team Lorraine made the whole process very straightforward and as stress free as possible. They catered to my needs to have only Saturday viewings and we're just amazing from the get go. Lesley was super impressive with her knowledge, advice and guidance. As i was technically in a chain and my own deadline to sign contracts on my new house loomed, my own solicitor was causing problems, Lesley stepped in to bridge the gap to keep me updated on the progression of my sale.
A special mention to Cora who I cant praise enough! Every worrying email was replied to promptly, with helpful information and most importantly with kindness and understanding.
Honestly, employ Team Lorraine, you wont be disappointed!

From the very start, the team was amazing. A huge shout-out to Cora—we were actually late for our viewing, but she waited for us. We are so grateful she did, or we wouldn't have even been able to view this house! After the viewing, we took a few days to decide before bidding. We had a list of questions, and Cora answered all of them promptly, even checking back with the vendor to ensure she was giving us the facts. That transparency gave us the assurance we needed to place our bid.
Once we went sale agreed, Lorraine bridged the gap between us and the vendor perfectly. She really tried her best to keep everyone happy and did exactly what she promised. Having that guidance through the sale agreed process—especially the guide they provided—made everything so much clearer. We checked it constantly to see how close we were to getting the keys!
