The following post is from my wife, Laura Adams: I cannot speak highly enough about the level of professionalism and hospitality shown by the entire staff of Momentum. On a recent dental visit in the US, it was discovered that I was in need of dental treatment in a fairly short period of time in order to avoid more intensive treatment. I contacted Nathaly about the possibility of having a consultation and treatment done at Momentum. Knowing I would only be in Panama for a few days, they were able to schedule the work around other unrelated appointments that I had already made in Panama City. Dr. Paula met with me both before and after the completion of the work to be sure I was satisfied with the recommended treatment and the final product. Dr. Guido began work immediately after my consultation. He spent the morning meticulously preparing my teeth for treatment, and by late afternoon, he was able to put in place a crown and two restorations which were created in their lab the same day. Nathaly continued to follow up with me to be sure all was well once I left the clinic. I stopped by unannounced two days later to casually inquire about the possibility of future orthodontic treatment, and Dr. Gabriela met with me and briefly discussed what might be involved in future orthodontic treatment. By the time I left Panama City, I felt that I had not only received top-notch dental care but had also made new friends.

Wow! This is like a Spa with a Dental office. Have never been presented with a drinks menu before when going to get my teeth cleaned. Alcohol too😅 The whole experience was amazing. I sat on a massage chair whilst waiting for my wife to be finished. The views from the office are amazing. You are truly pampered. The communication the ease of making/changing appointments was all done via WhatsApp with ease. This is next level care. Staff are all amazing. Met a lady in reception on the way out who said she lives 5hrs away but she always comes to this place. That says it all really…

For over a decade my teeth have been in bad shape, I've had more root canals than there are canals in Venice. Recently one of my teeth became loose, on the eve of a trip to Panama, Central America. After some research I was connected with Momentum Wellness Center. After a thorough exam It was determined that I had major infections throughout my gums. Previous Dentists were putting a bandaid on these serious issues. Dr Guido provided me with options to make an informed decision about my dental health, which has impacted my overall health. I decided to have all my teeth removed and replaced with Dental Implants. Dr Guido provided aggressive antibiotics to prepare me for this treatment. Before, and during the whole process the staff were not only professional but were kind and gracious to me and in particular Nathalie who spoke excellent English and addressed all of my needs. I won't say I wasn't terrified at the prospect of all this Dental surgery, but in all honesty it was not as scary as I anticipated. Dr Guido is a master Surgeon who uses state of the art technology. I felt safe while he performed his magic in creating my new smile. I can't thank Dr Guido or his team enough for improving not only my smile , but the quality of my life.

My experience with Momentum Wellness Center was far superior than any previous dental clinics that I have been to in the US. From my first of four visits in a short time frame to the last, the staff was professional, detail oriented, comforting, caring, and very kind. Every person from the reception area, technicians to the doctors exhibited these traits. The facility, which is also a teaching facility, had all the latest diagnostic and lab equipment that enabled them to give a thorough examination and consultation necessary to replace an infected implant and do two additional implants. The perks such as wine/coffee bar as well as massage chair and pre medication lunch aided in my comfort. The other great thing for me is that I paid about %25 of what it would have cost in the US. They continue to follow up to ensure that my recovery is going well. I highly recommend them and look forward to seeing them in the Spring when I get my crowns.

The view from your chair is stunning 🔥 Greetings meet you when walking into the office* It’s fabulous along with the menu of drinks you can order while waiting. Say What! I have lived in Bocas del Toro for almost 3 years and, after not so great experiences, was fortunate enough to find Momentum about a year and a half ago. Now, my wife and I make special trips to the city around our dental visits! They are the cleanest, most professional, and nicest dental practice we have ever experienced in our 53 years of life. Better than the various dentists we frequented in our years in the states, in New Jersey and Colorado. State of the Art technology and very reasonable cost. New Crown in the same visit in just a few hours! This place and these people are simply THE BEST!
