although my experience took a while to reach conclusion, I was always kept up to date with everything and never felt forgotten, I felt the service was provided by Mark and TDS Law was excellent, thanks for everything.
I’ve been massively let down by this firm. Communication was abysmal; I only heard from them when I initiated contact. When I did reach out, the information provided was extremely limited and it felt like they just wanted me off the phone. I ended up doing the majority of the groundwork myself, including gathering documentation and other crucial tasks, which they should had done. After two years, they informed me they are not pursuing the case. This was not communicated clearly or proactively; I had to push for updates, only to be told the case was being dropped. This has been a delicate and frustrating experience, given the personal and potentially life-changing nature of the issues involved. If you’re a veteran dealing with hearing loss or similar issues, consider reaching out to the Royal British Legion for guidance and support. Do not rely on this firm for timely, transparent communication or proactive case management. The firm may show a 4.7-star rating, but my experience demonstrates a stark gap between perception and reality, especially for sensitive and important matters.

Extremely incompetent. Took on a negligence case well over a year ago. Made all the excuses in the world to justify the delay. After one year after repeated complaints were lodged the fundamental act that caused death and medical negligence which was witnessed by an entire family and all this Mark Warner can say was we can't believe what your version as the records don't show that. Absolutely disgraceful.
Complete cons. Never go anywhere near them.

Dealt with my boyfriends injury claim for an accident that happened in Spain.
