Thank you to David and Elizabeth for their rapid response! During an evening walk, they quickly detected the fire alarm blaring. Their sharp instincts enabled them to recognize an issue and leap into action. Within an hour, they had fans running to start drying out the house and limit the damage.
Was a pleasure dealing with Brandon! He was knowledgeable and kind always let us know what he was doing before he did it, also Ryan who had called the night before and the day of to let us know that they would be coming in to do a job for us, the job was done professionally and clean! They cleaned up any messes that were made. Couldn’t ask for a better company to come in and take care of business :)

Good Luck bad luck scenario; Bad , a leaking roof and water damage at my wife’s house in North Bay April 2024. Good , I had a positive experience with Total Cleaning & Restoration previously. This company and their crew were wonderful again. Honest straight forward and efficient in their manner; quality job when completed. Outstanding service. TCR DKI has great staff - all friendly people I was comfortable having in the house, which for a woman homeowner is a big deal. They suggested some solutions to an issue I was having, and exceeded my hopes as far as how to fix it. The renovation looks great, and I'll be having them back for future work.

Called the north bay dki company for my water damaged in my basement and Randy Paquette showed up right away to assess the damages, he made a quote in detail and showed and explained me everything and why the stuff needed to be replaced. The staff was quick to respond to clean and fix my drywall and flooring and had a fast and amazing turnaround time so i can be back relaxing in the basement
Our experience with TCR was first class! We had the unfortunate experience of having to make an insurance claim. The fact of the matter is Rob and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the repairs were completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. In the event of another claim I have already informed our insurance company we would only want to deal with TCR. In a world where service and the interpersonal aspects of doing business are getting lost, it is refreshing to know there are still some companies that have some old fashioned values. Thanks again!
