For many years, I have taken my vehicles to Michael at Taylored Automotive. He is incredibly reliable and goes above and beyond to fix your vehicle. Even if the parts are difficult to source, and most importantly, he will always give you a fair price. I won't be going anywhere else.

Can’t recommend Michael at Taylored Mechanical Services enough. He helped me get my 1986 Toyota Hiace registered and made the whole process super easy. Michael went way above and beyond, even booked the VicRoads appointment for me, which was a huge help. Great communication, really knows his stuff, and genuinely cares about helping you out. If you’re after a reliable local mechanic, need a roadworthy, or help with car registration, Michael is your guy. Easy to deal with and does a top‑quality job.

As far as racq callouts go. These guys are great. 3 other places screwed things up one way or another. I'm leaving a 5star review because the guy from taylored automotive, Bacchus marsh turned up in a timely manner, on a Sunday, from quite a distance and then diagnosed things professionally and replaced the battery as requested. I'd recommend these guys to anyone👍

Michael is very thorough, honest and professional. We had a battery for our BMW X1 installed a while ago which was faulty, but was still under warranty. Michael replaced it with a new one and made the process so easy and hassle free. Highly recommend Michael and his team for great customer service and a pleasant experience.

Michael and his team are great. Highly recommend them. Nice honest team and find them very trustworthy (which as a female needing help with their car can always feel like an anxious thing and fear of being taken for a ride or ripped off, which is definitely not the case with these guys). Very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have been a return customer and will continue to do so without hesitation when needed.

First time going to Taylored Automotive and mechanic did changes to my car without me specifically asking for it. Threw away my fog lights I bought myself that weren’t a pretty price but for me could be easily replaced as I worked hard for it and STILL is MY car which I did not ask to be replaced or even communicated with me first before doing so.

I have reviewed our bookings and repairs during that time, and I cannot find you in our system, or any repairs 2 fog lights as part of a service. all repairs we complete are authorised by the customer prior to repairs being completed, if we had seen any custom work from the customer that is not standard, we leave and ask for advise on how to proceed as some customers may have a warranty claim on the parts they have purchased.

Experienced a car break down and received efficient, trustworthy and friendly service. They were very helpful when explaining the options. Particularly grateful for their consideration of my safety after needing my car towed at night and an hour from home when they'd already done what they needed to.
