I’m sorry you are dissatisfied with your project. I take pride in providing high-quality web design services and always strive to exceed expectations. However, I want to address your concerns and provide some clarity for others reading this review.
You requested that I set up your email, which I explained was outside the scope of our agreed deliverables and not within my expertise. I was more than willing to assist, but I was unable to complete the task because you did not provide the necessary login credentials. Additionally, you insisted on including a mascot, which was explicitly omitted from the deliverables under 'graphic art.' However, I did refer you to resources where that could be created.
From the beginning of our project, I worked with you to ensure that all deliverables were met as outlined. When the site was completed, you hired an independent web developer to review my work. He confirmed that everything was delivered as promised, all functionality was in place, and that the website was built to a high standard. He even told you that you received everything at a very good price.
I offered multiple solutions in an attempt to make you happy, including waiving the remaining balance on your account to be used toward any future services with that other designer. My goal has always been to support your project and provide the best possible outcome.
