I just finished a meeting with Mike from Superior remodelers, I must say Mike was extremely professional, very knowledgeable. More concerned about me and my home and a satisfying me then making money. He focused on what my needs were and what my intentions were and he turned around and quenched the sale based on the way he presented himself and the product and the company. This is the man you want working for you and coming to your home and showing you the window situation. I will be following up after the windows are installed and letting everybody know how it goes. Booked with Superior for a surprise birthday gift : was looking for ideas for my husband- who is the man who has everything. Our experience was perfect. Booking was a snap , responses to questions were provided rapidly and our 2 person Sauna was clean and ready to start up immediately upon delivery. I can’t say enough good things about this service and I highly recommend them. I will definitely book again.

Mike and Olgus from Superior Remodelers sent great, trustworthy, hard working people to install our condo’s windows and sliding doors with Okna’s (window manufacturer) wonderful items. They did incredible work and I never once felt the need to hover or check over them. I will strongly recommend them to anyone I know who winds up needing similar replacements.

We had 14 old windows replaced and it's a huge improvement. John was great to work with, took the time to walk through questions about the new windows, was fair in pricing and realistic (but quick) with timelines. The installation just happened this week - his crew was skilled, efficient and clean. There are more windows to tackle and I'll definitely be giving Superior another call.

We purchased windows years ago from Superior Remodelers (then they were under a different name) when we did an addition in our home and more recently windows for a new garage. Dave was very helpful, no pressure sales, and honest. For example, the windows we purchased many years ago a small part broke on one window and I called Superior Remodelers. They told me that the part was covered under warranty when they could have easily charged me for the part(s).

We contacted them for a bay window install and roofing. The quote process was easy up front and they were one of the few contractors that understood the complexity of installing a 108 inch bay window. The process was fast once the window came in. In addition we had the roof replaced. The workers were friendly and cleaned up the property nicely. The whole process from start to finish was seamless.

This remodel was fabulous from start to stop. The initial appointment was low pressure and super helpful. Kim shared ideas and options and really got me thinking. The product selection was great! We remodeled two bathrooms…each very different in function and feel. She had everything we needed :) The contractor was neat and conscientious. He took his time and was a genuine craftsman in his details. I would highly recommend Superior.

Working with Superior Remodelers was a pleasure. Upon reaching out the team was very courteous and not pushy which we were very appreciative of. Their knowledge on windows is extensive and they have great products. We now had a few days to test out our new windows against cold air and they did a far better job at keeping our place warm than the original windows. One thing that could have been nice is sealing the nail holes on the molding but nothing major. Work on our roof was efficient and done well. There was a good selection of colors to choose from. The leaking area was fixed and subsequent rains did not cause any issues. However, there were a few nails left behind. We greatly appreciate the effort to put some of the heavier items back in their place. Finally, we accidentally overpaid. However, upon reaching out, Superior Remodelers were very quick to correct this issue. Overall, great, quality work. Some areas of improvement. Highly recommend for their honesty and professionalism.

I have used Superior Remodelers several times over the last several years. The first time was to replace all of the windows in my home along with a sliding glass door. The products were excellent and service and workmanship Superior just like their name. I’ve just hired them again to Replace and install a skylight. Again their workmanship was excellent. They clean up after themselves and the Skylight is beautiful and professionally installed. I highly recommend them for your window remodeling needs.
