Highly disappointed: false promises and zero support after payment
We booked Foto Me Studio for our wedding functions based on their social media clips and good ratings, but the real experience was stressful and disappointing.
During the initial consultation, they promised premium cinematic coverage and assured us all deliverables—including the teaser, full video, and printed albums—would be handed over within 45 days. Once the advance was paid, the attitude completely changed. On the wedding day, the team arrived late and missed the opening rituals. The crew was rushed and barely directed our family for proper portraits.
It has now been almost 4 months. Even after clearing the remaining balance, our calls and messages on WhatsApp are routinely ignored. Whenever someone finally picks up, we are given false excuses and told 'it's in the final rendering stage.' The short draft video they sent had misspelled names, choppy transitions, and poor audio.
Extremely poor post-delivery customer
Delivery timelines and responsiveness after a booking are things we hold ourselves accountable for, and we do not want any client left without answers four months on. We would rather review the actual project file than respond to individual points publicly with incomplete information.
Please contact us directly on phone number or email address, or through our official social media channels, with your project ID or booking reference. Our senior team will pull the file, check the current status of your teaser, full film, and albums, and come back to you with a firm date rather than a general update.
If something has gone wrong on our side, we want to correct it.

Destination Wedding
We booked Foto Me for our destination wedding, and with multiple functions across different days, coordination was one of our biggest concerns.
