We highly recommend Russell from Strategic Regrouting. We had deteriorating grouting in the wall tiles and floor of our ensuite shower which led to water penetrating behind the tiles. Russell responded quickly to our request for assistance and during his inspection clearly explained the causes of the water penetration, the extent of the damage to the shower and what was needed to replace the grout and render the shower watertight. Russell expertly performed the work and our confidence in Russell to do a great job was well placed - the shower looks better than it did when we moved in. We have asked Russell to repair defective grouting in another bathroom in our home. Russell's workmanship is 5 stars.

We are delighted with Russell's work. Our two shower cubicles are transformed and look like new. From initial quote to completion of work Russell was totally professional, skilled and efficient. All care was taken to minimise the dust created by the work spreading to the rest of the house. Good communication and a friendly obliging manner made it a pleasure to have him working in the house.
