I worked with Kathy, Carrie, and Phil for my dropoff. I own a storage and moving company, but this was a little different. I needed something temporary and relocatable for our antique store, Pop’s Estate & Marketplace in Flowery Branch, and these guys hit the mark! Kathy helped the booking process, Carrie was able to get my location changed last minute day of the dropoff, and Phil did an outstanding job dropping the container off. He was nice and had over the top customer service. This was such a nice experience, thank you everyone.
I’m so pleased with my experience with StorSquare! They are super-professional. Every step of the way they communicated with me and answered every question. It was a simple process and very affordable. They know what they are doing! My belongings arrived in tact and on time! Every person who came to deliver or pick up my storage unit was friendly, helpful and extremely well-trained.The last employee, Ryan, was so polite, and arrived exactly on time even though he was delivering to a new address out in the country. This company is A+++++.
