Jessica, the groomer at PETCO in Carmel is wonderful! She is so patient with my Australian Shepherd, Maya. Our pup is reactive to blow dryers & Jessica has been so patient- to the point where she can dry her for a longer period of time now. She has a double coat & it’s a lot hair to deal with! Maya looked beautiful when I picked her up!

Very nice young lady -just wish she was able to trim eye area and snout better. Pretty much the same as when we came in. I will be more specific next time! New young rescue!

We were RELIEVED when we found out that Petco Grooming takes walk-ins for nail services. We walked in at 9:10 and were taken care of almost immediately. Brittany was AMAZING! She dealt extremely well with our very nervous dog! Brittany was calm and gentle and had Rosie settled very quickly! She was efficient and professional! We will be returning and recommending Petco and Brittany!

I had quite a few issues with Petco the last couple of days (not the store's fault at all), and today was a doozy as well (again, not their fault at all). However, Taylor and Zoey were so kind and accommodating. I was near tears when I called and they both just gave such wonderful customer service, on the phone and in the store. I really appreciate the great customer service from these two hardworking young ladies. Thank you for being available on a day like today.
