This is always my favorite store to go to! The assistant manager and her team always make me feel like family! They are so helpful and patient and treat me so well! I am so thankful for the excellent customer service I receive every visit!
As someone who used to have their license and a mom of 4 it's incredibly annoying and ridiculous that I can't purchase my stuff here so I can do my hair and not pay for a babysitter and go for several hours to someone who may or may not do my hair correctly. It's ok, I'll just purchase online from a different company.
Lisa was sooo amazing! I am a new Licensed Esthetician and she made everything easier for me. She’s very knowledgeable and very professional. Give her the highest raise possible! I am a licensed cosmetologist, have an active license and have been a customer of Cosmoprof for years. I called to get a price check before going all the way to Carmel to get an item verses purchasing online and they said they are not able to provide prices over the phone. My card number and profile could have been easily verified but the person continued to allow me to check a price. Now, I would rather just purchase online even if it is more instead of giving this store my business.
Update: This location does not sell common black hair porducts that other Cosmoprof locations have. This is very disappointing Cosmoprof I guess people of color are not important at this location.
