Both the town and accommodations exceeded our expectations ☺Our room was amazing, bed and bedding were awesome, and location was perfect. After hours check in went smoothly. We would love to return. ☹Leaving.

☺De locatie en de ruime kamer. Beide echt top! Instructie hierover zou helpen

Quiet location for a short stay! ☺The location is quiet and centrally located. The room is quite spacious and have the basic utilities including a coffee machine. ☹It is quite a distance from the train station, about 30 minutes on foot. Since it is an old building, there are some steep stairs and no elevator. Seniors with big suitcases should be aware. In addition, you can hear your nextdoor neighbour snoring in the night. There is no fridge and the closet has a damaged door. I have requested an early check-in at 1 p.m. and had to pay 25 Euros for it without prior knowledge. It is not professional without providing this information to the guests.

Quiet stay for adults! ☺The location is central and quiet but not close to the train station or supermarkets. There is a little fridge in the room. Good to have a coffee machine. ☹We received an upgrade to the attic room. However, the ceiling is quite low and the steps are steep with no elevator. In addition, the bathroom is quite dark. We can hear our neighbour snoring in the night and also pipe sounds. In addition, the reception closes at 7 p.m. - maybe a bit early for late arrivals.

엠파이어스테이트.빌딩.포스터와 함께 생뚱맞은 룸 인테리어를 제외하곤 아주 넓고 시설 양호한 훌륭한 호텔이었어요.

Beautiful historical building in the center of Leiden. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a small bar where you can also enjoy breakfast. Most of the tourist places is just a short walk away. We did struggle with the small stairs and the beautiful wooden floors also means that all sounds travel. But these are very minor things for a great stay

Lovely Boutique Hotel This lovely hotel is conveniently located in town with restaurants and bars just a stone’s throw away. The decor is beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful. However, the bar closes quite early so we missed out on a pre-drink or nightcap. Our neighbour above us also woke us a few times due to the noise from their footsteps. Perhaps some rugs would help with that. Hubby and I also hurt our toes because of the door stopper in the middle of the night. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Thank you all

uncomfortable messy. Had to listen to the next wall neighbor midnight conversations, very overpriced ☺The location and people were nice ☹old, ugly furnishings; dirty pillows and cushions; dirty walls; duct-taped table; lamps roped/corded to a non-working outlet; electrical wiring hazard as seen in the photos; extremely overpriced!
