Larry we had our door installed today by Larry, who was the excellent installation technician he was very courteous very professional even called to ask me if I wanted something because he has stopped at the store. That’s not normal. Larry did his job very well and I would recommend Larry who works for Stapley any day thank you, Larry.

Angel did an amazing job. He installed both a two car and single car garage door in less than 6 hours. These were not the inexpensive uninsulated doors, but the heavy 18R doors. Not only did he do a great job, he cleaned up and swept the floor that I left a mess. At the end of the visit, he cleaned all finger prints off the doors. The house feels new. Thanks, Angel.

Overall the entire process from start to end was very quick, smooth, and relatively painless. The staff from the booker to the repair technicians were all extremely polite and efficient at their jobs. Our garage door was back to working order in a day. If you want quick service done right, definitely give them a call. The ONLY reason we did not rate them 5 stars was that we felt the technician tried a little too hard for some up sells after we already discussed all options with him and then made our choices. It wasn't a super strong push but it was noticeable given we looked at the choices and already made a call. If I could rate them 4.75 stars I would. Especially since once everything was all done they asked us for feedback on how to make the experience better in the future. The technicians graciously accepted our feedback and thanked us before they left. That is the sign of a company that really wants to be the best at what they do. The next time we need garage door work done, I will be calling Stapley Action Garage Door again.

I did the dumb old move of backing out of my garage before the door was up all the way. I made an appointment with Stapley Action and in 2 days my garage door was repaired with only some minor cosmetic damages. It only took my tech Trent Najera maybe 15 minutes to complete the job and it cost just under $300. I’ll take it!
