Mark Ball did a great job of keeping us informed about the process, and Louis did a fantastic job building our patio. We couldn't be happier.

Solicited our neighborhood and knocked on our door when we clearly have a sign that says NO SOLICITORS and anyone else DO NOT KNOCK OR RING DOORBELL because dogs will bark while babies are sleeping, which indeed happened. Careless or illiterate. Plus, we have brand new pavers and landscaping done, so clearly do not need it.

Very pleased with the retaining wall that Stabuilt Construction built in my back yard. Their design consultant, Camille, sales guide, Michelle and project manager, Beau were compete professions. The construction crew worked quickly and efficiently. They put in some long days! Like many construction projects adjustments are made during the process. Beau and his crew made some suggestions that enhanced the outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend Stabuilt Construction. Several neighbors were impressed with the wall.

Ted, thank you for the kind words and recommendation! We’re glad you’re pleased with your new retaining wall. Camille, Michelle, Beau, and the entire crew will appreciate the shoutout. We especially love hearing that the team’s suggestions along the way helped make the finished project even better. And when the neighbors start noticing, we know the wall is making an impression! Thanks again for trusting Stabuilt Construction with your backyard.

We had a great experience renovating our backyard. Tyler offered thoughtful design guidance that made the space both functional for our young kids and beautiful. His picture and video renderings were a huge help in visualizing the plan and gave us confidence that we were all on the same page from the start. Communication was easy via text. Justin, our project manager, kept us updated at every step and made sure the project was completed exactly as designed. When a few issues came up with paver and turf placement, the team returned promptly to fix them without pushback. We are very happy with both the final result and how the hiccups were handled. Highly recommend!

Pumped to see this review from you! I actually came & walked this project with Tyler before we got started and met you out there. The pictures are beautiful & glad your family can enjoy the turf and pavers for years to come!

We replaced our 25 yo deck with a beautiful paver patio. The Sta-Built team executed the work from excavation to the final details on schedule. This was largely due to Jamie's excellent supervision. The results are stunning and our new patio has added great value to our home!

I have attempted multiple times to contact sales, the person answering the phone has said they had system issues for the past two months and that a manager would contact me. To date, no one has returned my calls.

We have had three projects that we have accomplished with Sta=built. Zach our design consultant has been incredible to work with! Scott has been our project manager & is great in his communication & follow through! We originally got three different bids when we started our first project and they came in middle of the road on the pricing and have a great warranty. All projects have been completed in a timely manner & we are quite happy with the final outcomes!

I do not recommend this company. They have failed epically on customer service. They installed a patio for us in 2020, and it is now a roller coaster...aka wavy and uneven. That is not the issue though; maybe parts sank because of something outside their control? I don't know. The issue is that we have contacted Sta-Built multiple times, in multiple formats, and they have repeatedly said they would come look at it (since May). They've been nice, they simply haven't followed through. We will be posting a detailed list of dates and failures to follow through later. We didn't even say that we wanted it fixed free or anything like that. We simply asked for them to come look at it. We are now spending over $16,000 to have it redone by a company that actually does provide excellent service: Eli's. We will be posting pics of original invoice, pictures, and the new invoice to do it over. You have many choices for patios, choose a different company and save yourself the frustration and monetary cost of working with Sta-built...because your project may not "stay built" and if so; you won't get any support.

We a great experience working with Scott, Dan, and the rest of the Sta-Built team. From the initial consultation with Dan to the final walkthrough with Scott, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Dan was friendly and knowledgeable. He laid out the process so it was easy to digest, and provided us with great material suggestions. His knowledge and confidence in the quality of Sta-built’s work is what sold it for us. Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, kept us informed throughout the entire project, and offered excellent suggestions that helped us make the most of our patio design. His communication and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. The installation crew was friendly, hardworking, and completed the project quickly. Our new patio turned out just as we imagined, and it has really transformed our outdoor space. We highly recommend Scott and the entire Sta-Built team to anyone looking for quality work, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly stands behind what they do!

From the initial quote meeting with Barry, to the project itself, StaBuilt was an amazing company to work with. Their prices are fair for the market, and what stood out was their customer service and commitment to complete the project quickly. I gave them a 6 week timeline, and they not only met it, but exceeded it by a few days. I strongly recommend this company!

I had Sta-Built Construction remove my lawn sod and replace it with artificial grass and also add mulch to the sides of the pre-existing lawn. The result was beautiful! The workers were extremely professional and hard working and achieved a beautiful result. I would highly recommend them for any artificial lawn and landscaping job. Dave M

I just want to say thank you to everyone at Stabuilt LLC for the amazing job they did transforming my backyard. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Their crew was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and always on time. They treated my property with care, answered all of my questions, and were incredibly courteous and accommodating throughout the project. It was truly a pleasure having them work at my home. I also want to recognize their office staff. Every question I had and every change I requested was handled quickly and professionally, with a positive attitude and no pushback. It’s clear that great customer service is a priority for everyone on their team. It’s not often you find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Stabuilt LLC did just that. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and if I ever need this type of work again, they will be my first call. Thank you all for your hard work and for creating a backyard that I’ll enjoy for years to come!
