Bottom line: great service at a fair price. Prime gave me a solid/fixed price to replace a broken torsion spring. None of the well we will have to look, then we can tell you answer that you get from many repair places. Was not the least expensive, but far from the most expensive. Easy to set appointment and flexible appointment times. Arrived on time. To my surprise, not just a tech - it was the owner himself. (Nice to see an owner not afraid to do field work) Friendly, courteous, answered any questions I had. He tested everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work and function. No problems at all. Highly recommend!
