We honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough! We used them for a hog roast for our workplace event, with around 110 people to cater for, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food was UNREAL – everything was fresh, delicious and plentiful, and the hog roast was a massive hit with everyone. We had so many people commenting on how good the food was! What really stood out was the service. They were professional, friendly, organised and incredibly helpful, making everything so easy for us. With a large number of staff and people needing to eat at different times, they handled everything brilliantly and nothing felt like too much trouble. They played a huge part in making our event such a success. It’s not often you find a company that delivers such fantastic food and fantastic service, but these guys absolutely did. A massive THANK YOU to the whole team – you were brilliant! We will definitely be recommending you to others and would 100% use you again.

We booked the Spitting Pig for an event at our Golf Club in Newcastle and it was a 5 star experience from the booking process right through to delivery of the event itself. The chefs on the day were fantastic, they even took all the used plates away at the end. Highly recommend

We recently had the pleasure of working with The Spitting Pig for our summer staff event at RoseDowns in Hull, and they truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment they arrived, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly well organised. The setup was seamless, and they created a welcoming atmosphere that our staff thoroughly enjoyed. The hog roast itself was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and generously portioned. Many of our team commented that it was the best they had ever had! The sides and accompaniments were equally impressive, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary needs. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine passion for what they do. Spitting Pig came to our factory to serve food for 100 members of staff, as part of our Christmas Celebration and prize draw event. We had a hog roast with apple sauce, roast potatoes, coleslaw and salad. They set up in our car park and served piping hot food from 10.30am to 12.30pm. The whole service from booking to set up was so easy. The service on the day was fantastic and the food was beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend Spitting Pig for any special occasion or event.

Would like to say a massive thankyou to all involved from the Spitting Pig (Lincolnshire) team for contributing to what was a fantastic day for my wife's 50th Birthday. Right from the beginning from first communication with Amey through to the day itself with Kayleigh and her team was nothing but outstanding. The food, the service, aftercare etc. was more than I could have expected and although my dog ignored me as he had eyes only for the hog roast I couldn't be more thankful. All the guests were wowed by the range and quality of the food and a few have asked for the details to be passed on as they were blown away. Thanks again and will without a doubt use again.

Use again, certainly would. Catered for our village Jubillie party for 150 people - in the middle of a field with no mains services. Did what they promised, arrived on time served on time and cleared away on time. No fuss no hassle. They presented everything professionally using sustainable plating. The food was universally commented on for it's umami taste and plentifulness.
