To whom this may concern... I had the most powerful experience with (Specialilzed Foreign Car Service... ) I was driving back from Portland Oregon to Sacramento and my 2015 SUV BMW stop on me in Medford Oregon... I was recommended by another shop to take it there... What a blessing... The gentleman Alec at the front desk greated me with open ears to hear my car issue... From there he stated they have a mechanic name Burk who's very formilliar with many foreign cars.... Burk fixed the car and off I went... During my wait, I ended up having a wonderful conversation with a gentleman name Devin in the waiting room who I found out later he was the owner of Specialized Foreign Car Service.... Talking about a person who's down to earth... My car needed more attention then expected so because of their in high demand and the part needed to be ordered they needed another day... This what Specialized Foreign Car Service did for me...Alec at the front desk call a hotel in the area that was very reasonable and had one of the shop guys name Todd to give me a ride to the hotel and picked me up... Todd was real cool too... Here's were the other blessing comes into play... When the bill was presented to me Alec spoke with the owner Devin who agreed to pay for the hotel and discount it off my bill... Hold on, in closing Alec asked before paying by chance do you have a warranty.... Yes I do... I walked out Specialized Foreign Car Service super happy because Alec was able to get the warranty to pay part of the bill... Indeed 5 star happy customer...

I had a horrible leak in my transmission. Little did I know, it was getting worse by the moment. I took my car in for an oil change and found out it was leaking badly and needed to be taken care of NOW! Alex said they could get the parts and finish by day's end... however, they noticed also that a pump was not working properly either. That part had to be ordered. They kindly shuttled me home, and in only two days, I was phoned and said that it was all finished and ready to go. No more leaks and it drives perfectly! Very happy with their immediate service and care. I will never take my car anywhere else. TRUST is a huge part of care and maintenance, and I thoroughly trust this group and know they will be honest with me... MANY THANKS!

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment, consistently spending substantial amounts of money here. Initially, I held them in high regard; however, their recent practices have left me disenchanted. The prices for my oil change escalated significantly from $250 to $450. Furthermore, when I requested a battery replacement, I was quoted $800. I was also charged $160 for a battery inspection that apparently wasn't performed, as the battery terminals showed no signs of disturbance. This experience has led me to question their reliability and authenticity. I don’t recommend if you’re a woman to go here… if I was a man this probably wouldn’t have happened.
