I had a stressful experience with this company last year. Aside from the expensive fee and feeling that I didn’t get a particularly good deal, the agent became quite aggressive towards the end when I refused to provide access to my online banking. I offered to provide complete PDF copies of my bank statements, but he insisted that the only way he could facilitate the finance was for me to grant him access to my online banking accounts. I was not comfortable with this, particularly because I had a reasonable amount of savings in my account at the time and had genuine security concerns. I explained that I had previously obtained a home loan without having to provide this type of access, but he continued to insist. Unfortunately, because of the pressure and the way the situation was handled, I eventually decided to take the risk and provide the access. Everything went through in the end, but the experience was very stressful and left me uncomfortable. I chose to move on from it at the time. Recently, I received a promotional email from the company, which prompted me to finally share my experience. I’m posting this review so potential customers can make an informed decision and conduct their own due diligence before proceeding.
