Everyone is super nice and really understanding, especially the teachers/trainers. I love going! The only drawback is that not everyone there has the best hygiene, which can make it uncomfortable in the closed quarters. But other than that, I’ve loved every minute of it!

A great group of instructors with real world experience. Mark and Ken in Midland really knew the skills from a policeman's perspective. Lets not forget its great cardio too!

SKM is really an exceptional place to study Krav. The instructors are obviously highly knowledgeable but also patient teachers who do a great job of making training effective for classes that have a broad range of experience and ability. What impressed me is how much time and effort they spend on continuing to build their own skills through workshops, seminars, etc. Also offer extracurricular team activities like Spartan Races, 5Ks, and the like. A really mutually-supportive community atmosphere.

While I was only able to attend twice due to foot and ankle issues (3 surgeries with a fused ankle), I felt like this program was well run, an excellent way to gain self defense skills and fun. The instructors and other participants were enthusiastic and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone looking to gain confidence in self defense and overall fitness.
