South Coast Deck Inspections Reviews

Keyshia Littleton 2026.10.24

Had such a great experience with Wayne from South Coast Deck. He was on time, very professional, and helpful. We have a 30 unit Townhome HOA and it was a bit challenging trying to get 30 owners balcony inspections completed. However, Wayne was patient and understanding when having to wait for a few owners that weren’t ready and once he finally was able to gain access it took him no time to get the units inspected. I would absolutely recommend Wayne and South Coast Deck. See you all in 9 years! 😊 VEE HOA President Keyshia

5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely impressed with this company! From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Their communication was outstanding, they were very accommodating to my schedule, and they even arrived early! Their pricing is also very competitive, which makes their exceptional service even more impressive. The entire staff was wonderful, but I especially want to recognize Wayne. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. It’s refreshing to find a company that combines excellent customer service, professionalism, reliability, and fair pricing. I would absolutely do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company that genuinely values its customers!

Had them inspect my HOA in Laguna Beach. The inspection went very smoothly, and they were able to accommodate all of the owners’ schedules and time frames. The whole process was easy and professional. Would definitely recommend them for HOA balcony inspections.

Ok. They saved the day for me and my client. Cannot say enough good things about this company. They worked with me and a difficult HOA to get the decks inspected. On top of it, they sent Wayne, an amazing inspector who worked fast, was very personable with the home owners, and did a great job. I will be recommending them going forward. Thank you.
