This house is an excellent option for a family or group that wants to visit the Münich area. The house itself is beautiful, the neighborhood is safe and very well located just a short ride from the city centre and with many stores and restaurants nearby. I loved that there is a bedroom and wc on the first floor as we travelled with a senior person. Madsen is very welcoming, and makes sure every detail is perfect from the moment you check in and is always quick to respond.

הבית היה מושלם. נהנינו מאוד מהמטבח המצויד היטב. החימום פעל נהדר. ובכלל הייתה הרגשה של בית.הדבר היחיד שלא היה לנו נוח אלו המזרונים שרכים מידי. ממש טובעים בהם, אבל מן הסתם יש כאלו שאוהבים אותם. ההליכה לרכבת היא כ-8 דקות. יש פארק סמוך שממש מקסים.זה נחמד שמגיעים לבית יש סלסילה של נעלי בית בכל הגדלים, אז לא נורא אם שכחתם להביא את שלכם..היה לנו נהדר בבית של מדסן :)

The apartment was exactly as described, spacious, clean and with all amenities as listed. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and easily walkable to two metro stations. Madsen was a great and responsive host. The one small issue we had, he quickly addressed by going above and beyond to satisfy us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Family went for the Christmas markets. We were a block or so from Marienplatz which was the main market and close to train station stop. Quick 20-30 minute train ride from the airport. Lots of restaurants around us and unfortunately great shopping for my family. We also rented a car on a few occasions and there were lots of options within a 20 minute walk or train ride. We never felt the need to uber or use a taxi. Although we did not have access to the thermometer the apartment was kept at a comfortable temperature and if needed we could open windows to cool it off. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful ☺ 当我们遇到疑问的时候，房东回复很及时。且非常热心的帮助我解决我的旅游建议。房子很漂亮，有泳池和桑拿房。厨房锅具非常齐全，房东还为我们写了手写卡片欢迎并赠送了啤酒。非常棒！7个人的团队住的非常开心 ☹ 但是泳池不会调节温度，所以26度的水在冬季游起来稍微有点冷 。在游泳过程中无意触碰到了水池开关，但是在宾客手册里没有查询到如何关闭，导致电机开了很久，因此可能还造成了房东的困扰，很抱歉。

Very good location, easy to connect by train (11 minutes walking), very spacious and great for large families.The communication and the pdf with all the instructions was very helpfull. The kitchen have everything we need to cook, many towels, blankets, very clean.Just the beds are not very confortable, the sofa bed was a better option.

The place is awesome, we feel exactly what is normally said about "home awy from home". It is spacious for our group of 8 ppl, the kitchen has everything you need for a family gathering.Quiet place but walkable to both ends of the street which offer more vibrant setting (would recommend the higher-number end as there are more shops and restaurants).Madsen is very responsive. The information provided before arrival is more than sufficient for a stay. I will surely come again, thanks Madsen.

Exceptional ☺ The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! We greatly enjoyed evenings sitting on the balcony. A bakery is within walking distance and also very friendly. There is no dedicated parking, but there is plenty of parking in the area. It's a 15 minute walk to the S-Bahn station and 25 minute train ride into Munich.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in a lovely residential neighborhood. There was plenty of room for 7 of us. The house had all the amenities you could want (except maybe a hair dryer). There was even a box of slippers right inside the door. It is a 10 minute walk to two train stations and then a quick trip to the center of Munich. But there are shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity too. Westpark is close and was absolutely beautiful during the fall. Madsen was really easy to communicate with, always responsive and very helpful with my many questions. He also allowed me to have something delivered to him that I left in Budapest and then dropped it off to the house himself. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Munich!

Madsen was very responsive and accommodating. The dishwasher and coffee maker had broken during our stay and he arrived within a couple hours each time to remedy the situation. He was very polite and proactive, a great host!
