our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at.The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment.lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit viel Platz und der Gastgeber ist wirklich nett und sehr freundlich. Die Küche war sehr sauber und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Vielen lieben Dank Madsen!

Madsens place was wonderful! We loved our stay so much. He was kind, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. The place was peaceful, with tons of natural light, and comfortable accommodations. We loved our stay and would be happy to come back!

We loved being close to the woods, the barn, the deer, the cows! A much better experience of Munich, rather than being in the built up centre. I strongly recommend it to anyone who loves nature rather than grey buildings.

My guest and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend in Munich for the NFL game! It was very spacious and comfortable! He even shared some German beers with us! I would definitely recommend this place for any group of people! It was a close walk to the train station and it felt safe to walk outside late at night! Love this place! And will come back and stay whenever I come back to Munich!

Great place and host! We had a family reunion and needed place for a few days near Munich. Madsen was super helpful and proactive. He gave us many good recommendations how to get around and what to do. Definitely will consider this place next time we are in Munich.

Excellent séjour en famille dans ce super appartement. Les chambres et le salon sont très spacieux, encore plus que les photos ne le laissaient penser.L'appartement est très calme et très lumineux. Les lits sont très confortables. Tout est très bien équipé, avec tout ce qu'il faut comme produits ménagers, c'est très appréciable.Les deux petits coins aménagés en bureau dans les verandas sont une très bonne idée (nos enfants qui avaient un peu de travail pendant les vacances) - même si nous avons eu tellement de soleil qu'il y faisait vite un peu chaud !Madsen a été très accueillant en passant nous saluer, et ses indications étaient toujours très claires et très utiles (pour les transports, les courses, les activités etc.).De l'appartement on peut facilement rejoindre le S-Bahn et de là, aller directement au centre-ville de Munich et mois d'une demi-heure.Bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander très vivement ce logement !

I would recommend this place a thousand times over. Our host, Madsen, was the absolute most accommodating and understanding person you could hope for. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The location is great for visiting the Starnberg lake, neuschweinstein castle, and Munich all within a very reasonable drive or train ride. Madsen is the epitome of what a good host should aspire to be. Me and my family thank him sincerely for everything he helped and showed us.

Our stay at Madsen’s home in Baierbrunn was perfect! He was very proactive with providing us with instructions and recommendations in the area. His Oktoberfest recommendations were particularly helpful. The train is a short walk from the place and it’s very accessible. The home was pristine and Madsen was very accommodating. We would happily stay here again if visiting Munich.

Great place in a nice little village! Simple to get into town and Madsen(the host) was incredibly helpful, responsive and informative! I'd recommend any of his units on his behavior alone, super!
