Last weekend, we visited Tristan for a wine tasting during our yearly trip with the friends, and it was a fantastic experience! Tristan and his team took great care of us from start to finish. We enjoyed some delicious wines, great stories behind each glass, and lovely bites to go along with them. Would definitely recommend!

This was truly a wonderful experience. We were joined by some visiting friends from the United States, and the four of us could not have had a better time. Tristan's space is beautiful, and the wines were delicious and well described and presented. We had a great time and we would do this again in the future.

Ik was op solotrip in Valencia en dit was echt een leuke activiteit om te doen. Hier ontmoette ik iemand anders die ook op solotrip was en nog een ander leuk groepje meiden. De wijnproeverij was in het Nederlands/engels en was echt leuk en lekker. Hele lekkere hapjes die ik nog niet eerder kende die echt perfect bij de proeverij paste. Zeker een aanrader!

Tristan is an absolute gem, everything about our experience was a top notch! We tasted a fantastic selection of wines from whites to reds. Tapas were delicious, and the cheese & ham board was perfectly paired with wines. He also welcomed us with a glass of cava. Highly recommended for anyone looking unforgottable experience!

Tristan is the ultimate host. He has a brilliant knack for demystifying wine, building your knowledge up from the absolute basics in a way that gives you real confidence rather than feeling intimidated. You walk away not just knowing what you like, but genuinely understanding why you like it. The hospitality was spot on from start to finish. What impressed me most was the atmosphere—even though our table was full of people who had only just met that day, within minutes it felt like an evening out with old friends. I couldn't recommend this experience highly enough. We are already looking forward to booking a vineyard tour with Tristan next!

Incredible wine tasting experience with Tristan! Greeted with a glass of cava right when we walked in — great start. He walked us through 5 wines (3 whites, 2 reds), and his passion and knowledge for wine really came through in every pour. The tapas were tailored to our dietary restrictions too, which was such a thoughtful touch. Personal, relaxed, and genuinely educational. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wine tasting that feels more like hanging out with a knowledgeable friend than a standard tour. Will definitely be back!

Tristan is bij ons geweest voor een teamuitje en wat was dat een succes! Vanaf het eerste moment wist hij de juiste sfeer neer te zetten met zijn passie en kennis over wijn. Het was niet alleen erg gezellig, maar we hebben ook nog eens ontzettend veel geleerd op een heel toegankelijke en leuke manier. Echt een unieke toevoeging aan onze middag en absoluut een aanrader voor elk bedrijfsuitje of feestje. Nogmaals dank, Tristan!

Een onwijs leuke tijd gehad met mijn vrienden hier bij the Tasting Room met erg gepassioneerde sommelier Tristan die niet alleen alles weet over alle wijnen over de wereld maar het ook zo weet te vertellen dat iedereen geïnteresseerd blijft in alle verhalen. Los van deze fijne ervaring zijn we ook nog verwend door de stagiaire met heerlijke hapjes en gezellige gesprekken. Zeker een aanrader!

After more than a decade of working in the fine dining and restaurant industry, it was time to use my wine expertise for something more creative. This led me to leave my hometown, Amsterdam, in February 2021, as I embarked on a journey to Valencia to start a business hosting my own wine tastings in Valencia.
