先日初めて利用させて頂きました。予約回答や配車の確定連絡がともて早くてスムーズです。他にはないサービスでとても利用し易かった。継続して利用しようと思います。
ただし....前回ホテルから空港までの送りで黒い三菱のRV車が配車されました。女性ドライバーで会話も楽しく人柄の良い方でした。しかし運転はとても上手とは言えず、右に左に蛇行しながら進み、あるとき急ブレーキをかけられ心臓が止まりそうになりました。
怖くて途中で運転を変わろうかと何回も思いました。
とても眠れる状態にはなく、到着までとても怖い思いをしました。
運転には感謝しますが、危険運転者は確認しておいた方が良いと思います。

Excellent service. Quick bookings, always clean cars and safe friendly drivers. I have stopped using Grab as Soi Taxi is more reliable. Highly recommend.
Best Taxi Company in Thailand. I booked a Taxi with the wrong Date but no Problem. The Compnay handle my fault perfectly in just about 15 min ! I would give more Stars but i cant!
