18 windows, patio doors and back door replaced. The service from start to finish couldn’t have been better. Steven came round several times as we were so unsure on type/colour etc… he always turned up on time and couldn’t do enough for us. The installation was just as good; regular updates on manufacturing progress and the job started on the date agreed. Very tidy workers always cleaning up afterwards.
No hard sales at all, very informative and a great installation - couldn’t ask for more, would definitely recommend!

From the initial quote and the installation, I'm really pleased with the service received. Steve also had some good suggestions and advice which was helpful. As well as the doors I had secondary glazing installed and wow can't believe the difference they have made by cutting at least 95% of the traffic noise from the main road just 20 mtrs away. With him doing the builders work, plastering and skirting board saved time and made life a lot easier for me. A job well done.

Stephen installed my new bedroom window, bay window and re-built my bay window roof yesterday (5th Feb), and the work he has done is incredible! He worked through dreadful weather to ensure he finished the job on time, but finished it to a fantastic, professional standard. Can see why he has 16 years experience in this line of work. Would highly recommend!
The before photos has the bars in the window and an old looking roof, the after photos are a huge difference.

Stephen has done a fantastic job of fitting our brand new door. It looks exactly how we'd hoped. Professional service all the way with a friendly and attentive attitude, which is exactly what you want from any company or service. Very good price for the work undertaken. Would highly recommend S&M Glazing to fit a door.
Stephen is local to Nottingham, is pleasant, communicates well, turns up on time, protects the floors and carpets with plastic wrap, has all the tools required, understands the materials he works with and is cognizant of the engineering aspects of his profession. He is methodical and efficient, and also takes a quiet but obvious pride in his work. The backend operation of S&M seems to run efficiently too, spare window units were on hand at zero notice at their depot. I am are very pleased we met, and shall book him again later in 2026 to do some more windows for us.
Steve came and removed a window and put in new glazed patio doors, finished off beautifully.
He also checked all the other windows, some needed replacing but he managed to save some by replacing parts needed, which saved money.
Steve and his team are polite, friendly and will always come over if you want something changing or added. Would definitely recommend.
Stephen and John did an amazing job on our porch - thorough, punctual, cleaned up, came for multiple visits beforehand to get everything right, including the colour - would highly recommend.
