I received filler and Botox treatments at SkinLab, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing and concerning. After my filler treatment, I developed a large, persistent lump, bruising, pain, and noticeable facial asymmetry. I am very unhappy with the results and concerned about the ongoing issues.
When I contacted SkinLab about my concerns, I did not feel that they were willing to help me resolve the situation in a way that made me comfortable. The injector who performed my treatment no longer works there, and I do not feel comfortable seeing that person again. I did return once to see another provider, but after researching further and seeing concerning reviews about that provider, I was not comfortable continuing my care there.
I have now asked SkinLab for information about the injector who performed my treatment, including their name, professional credentials, and license information, so I can properly understand who performed my procedure and seek appropriate follow-up care. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to my request.
I believe patients deserve transparency, accountability, and appropriate support when complications occur after cosmetic procedures. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision.
Please do your research, read reviews carefully, and verify the qualifications and licensing of your injector before choosing SkinLab for filler or Botox treatments. Your face and your health are important, and you deserve to feel safe and confident in the care you receive.
This was my first visit, and it was a wonderful experience. I received Dysport and a Mini Limp Plump. Gina, the spa manager, is so personable, kind, and clear about what to expect. I met with Dr. P, and she was so meticulous and communicative, not to mention a lovely person to chat with. I'll be back!
Best decision I've made for myself this year.

I honestly don't write reviews very often, but this place deserves one. I found SkinLab after searching for a med spa in Chandler and booked Xeomin because my forehead lines were starting to bother me. I was nervous I'd look frozen, but that definitely didn't happen. I just look more rested. My husband actually noticed I looked good but couldn't figure out why, which made me laugh.

I'm a 42-year-old teacher, and after spending years focusing on everyone else, I finally booked a consultation for myself. I chose the DiamondGlow facial because my skin had become dull and uneven. Take a look at their recent negative reviews and pay attention to how they’re handled.
I told my tech Stephanie my leg was on fire. I told her my pain was a 10/10. She kept telling me it was “just a histamine reaction” because of the melanin in my skin and continued the treatment until I stopped the session myself.
I watched my own skin BURN while the people I trusted kept telling me everything was normal.
By the end of the weekend, I had 27 blisters covering my legs.
The part that still makes me sick is what happened afterward. While I was stressed trying to cool my burning leg (Not one person knows a burn protocol here btw) and figure out if I needed to go to the ER, the operations manager- Gina's- priority was explaining that they wouldn’t charge me for the appointment. (??LOL) Not, “Are you okay?” Not, “Let’s get you medical care.” The conversation was about payment while I was standing there after they burned me. and they have the audacity to call themselves a medical center.
Since then, I have been promised refunds, follow up calls, and my treatment records multiple times. After I told them I would never step foot in their clinic again, they ghosted me.
I trusted this clinic with my body. Now I’m dealing with burns, hyperpigmentation before my wedding, and trying to hold them accountable.(.and I will not stop until I do NO ONE else has to go through this).
There are plenty of other med spas in Chandler. Choose one that you believe will listen to you, take your concerns seriously, and support you if something goes wrong.
I wish I had.
