Had great help with knowledge about containers and what these companies actually provide and what they can do with the differnet options. I definitely will be using siteguard and red guard whenever I make my final decision.

Scheduled to have 2 sea containers moved from Pelzer to Charlotte. At the last minute jacked the price up by 50%. They like to take advantage of retired military personnel. Don't do business with them.

We apologize that we were not able to help with the relocation of your containers. We were transparent in our hourly rates and made you aware that it was based on an estimate of a certain amount of time. Due to the nature of the exchange, we wouldn’t know the exact cost until after the relocation was complete. I apologize that our initial quote was incorrect, so the difference in price was a correction to that estimate once we realized that the quote was off.
I understand that the difference in price was quite jarring and we regret that your impression of our company is that we were attempting to deceive you, when actually we wanted to make sure that you were not surprised by a higher bill after the transaction was complete. Our company will always attempt to be transparent and honest in our dealings and earn the respect of our customers. We regret that we failed in this instance and hope that we can do better if there's a next time.

Excellent service. I was taken around and shown my options and picked the container I wanted. They worked with my schedule (weather related). Julie was professional and answered all my questions and arraigned delivery.
