Thank you for your honest feedback and for alerting us to our message system being full. We apologize that you ran into difficulties with our abbreviated hours over this holiday weekend. We would normally be open, but we allowed our team to take off early in an effort to get a head start on their weekend travels and spending time with their families. Your review alerted us to a technical issue affecting our mailboxes and we were able to fix that going into the weekend. For that we thank you! I understand that we have a delivery arranged for you on Tuesday and I hope that you will consider updating your review! We at SiteBox Storage hope you have a safe holiday weekend.
