In the restoration industry, the work comes unexpectedly, and time is of the essence. We use Sitebox extensively at our company, and I cannot ask for a better experience each time. No one takes “I can’t” to “I can” faster than Trevor and the whole team. Even when I don’t ask, Sitebox goes out of their way to make my jobs get started faster, and that makes my life so much easier. The drivers and office staff are also super friendly and accommodating. They will help you solve any issue that may arise during service. I can honestly say that Sitebox has saved my bacon on many an occasion. Trevor is always professional, reliable, and extremely responsive. He’s always on it—whenever I request an estimate, he gets back to me quickly and follows through without delay. I really appreciate his willingness to help and how smoothly he handles both deliveries and pickups. Everything is always taken care of in a timely and organized way.
Linda also does a great job following up after everything to make sure it all went smoothly. I really appreciate those check-in calls from her—it shows they care about the customer experience.

A wind storm destroyed my barn and I needed temporary storage. Site Box supplied a nice container and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Monthly cost was reasonable. When I no longer needed the storage, they removed the container in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Sitebox has provided us with storage containers on two occasions and we truly appreciate their kindness, courtesy and professionalism. They make the process of container procurement, delivery, payment and pick up very easy for the customer.

Trevor was fantastic for us. Site box always had plenty of inventory, prompt service, and clean containers. They have different sized units and mobile offices as well. Reasonably priced and no hidden fees. Couldn't ask for more, would recommend!
