From the very first inquiry to the drop-off, everything went very smooth. Their respond is swift and genuinely helpful. The coaches and drivers are excellent. They arrive early to standby and message me if nesessary. Good service and I will back again for their service when I need it.

This was my first time booking bus service, and I’m really happy to say it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and communication was excellent—every query I had was answered quickly and clearly. On the day itself, everything went perfectly. The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly, which made the journey even more pleasant. There were no setbacks at all, and everything ran exactly as planned. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. It exceeded my expectations for a first-time booking, and I would definitely use them again. This is my first experience, but certainly not my last!

Very understanding and helpful bus operator. My university's club engaged them last month for an event. There was a mutual mistake in the booking of the return trip (it was supposed to be the next day, but both the bus operator and I had not noticed the error in the invoice). Upon hurriedly flagging it to the operator, they were understanding and helped me to rebook the return trip and kindly waived off the usual extra fees for rebooking, as it was a mistake on both sides. The bus drivers are also very friendly! Comfortable ride.

The contact person was friendly and fast in their replies. Trustworthy and reliable especially when we did a last minute extension of hours. Driver Zhang was helpful and patient with our group especially when we had an elderly with a wheelchair. He did his best to find parking spaces that are convenient to our locations. Would return to book with them with our transport needs.

From their website, I engaged this company for help to arrange bus transport for my international group of 15 pax. We booked a total of 5 trips, from airport pickup on Day 1 to our island-wide destinations on Days 2 and 3. All the drivers were punctual and professional, while the buses were clean and comfortable. The customer service rep was polite and responsive, with availability and quotations produced within the hour via WhatsApp. This is the way bus chartering should be... clear and unambiguous replies, with competitive pricing. The coaches were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made a big difference for our group. The drivers were reliable, professional, and on time, so everything ran very smoothly. If you are booking from another country and want somebody you can rely upon, contact them. Don't worry if you make payment upfront. Your Bus will come on time, every time.
