My university's club engaged them last month for an event.
There was a mutual mistake in the booking of the return trip (it was supposed to be the next day, but both the bus operator and I had not noticed the error in the invoice). Upon hurriedly flagging it to the operator, they were understanding and helped me to rebook the return trip and kindly waived off the usual extra fees for rebooking, as it was a mistake on both sides.
The bus drivers are also very friendly! Comfortable ride.

The contact person was friendly and fast in their replies. Trustworthy and reliable especially when we did a last minute extension of hours. Driver Zhang was helpful and patient with our group especially when we had an elderly with a wheelchair. He did his best to find parking spaces that are convenient to our locations. Would return to book with them with our transport needs.

If you are booking from another country and want somebody you can rely upon, contact them. Don't worry if you make payment upfront. Your Bus will come on time, every time.
