As the services paid for were never delivered, I kindly request you to initiate a dispute/chargeback process and help me recover the amount. FRAUD COMPANY I joined them as a social media manager on 13th Feb, 2025 and due to the toxic culture and public abuse by other employees (especially other social media managers and apparently my seniors on group calls) I decided to quit on 11th March 2025. The HR at that time mentioned it'll take 3-6 months for my FnF to be cleared and we're sitting today at 23rd Sep, 2025 (more than 6 months have passed) and I haven't got my salary. No one replies to the mails anymore, no one replies on the msgs. The CEO doesn't bat an eye, the HR doesn't reply. I worked my ass off to make sure the work was always complete on time, all the clients went happy. But when it's time to pay me, Lotus Interworks (Simplia inc.) is not even responding. PS: They've defrauded many like me. I have much proof. They have taken work from us but haven't paid us a single penny and then most of us have been blocked by other employees as well. DO NOT TRUST SIMPLIA. IT'S A SCAM.

Simplia is a FRAUD company. Never hire them as your digital marketing agency Simplia Inc., operating under Lotus Interworks (Los Angeles, CA), failed to refund my money. This company: Exploits international professionals and US nationals by Delaying work and denying payments and refunds of all US Nationals without justification. This firm presents a polished front to U.S. clients while practicing internal mismanagement and fraud. I am currently initiating complaints with: California Department of Industrial Relations California DOJ FTC (Federal Trade Commission) If you're a U.S. client looking for transparency, ethics, and reliability in a marketing partner — stay far away from this Company Simplia. What you see in their pitch is not what happens behind the scenes. This is a completely fraud company. They promise you over the top results but then never deliver on those promises and then after a month never refunds back your money. This firm is also conducting fraud by getting investors money by forging the data and after that all the people of the firm vanish in the air when it time to pay back investors money. They run and shut down the business and never return the hard earned money of the investors who has put in the money. Also they are running fraud company. I have complete proofs with me

RUN Do Not work with Simplia! It’s a SCAM SCAM SCAM FRAUD ALERT!!! Please do not be fooled by sudden spike with the recent positive reviews over the past 3-4 months!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! While still employed, the people complaining (customers and employees) got so out of control they had to result to having current employees post these AI generated reviews and it’s pretty obvious they all are so similar!! Unfortunately, I worked for them and witnessed first hand their ineptitude misappropriating campaign contributions not using majority of the clients budget on campaign ads, undisclosed operating expenses paid by the customers, no proven results on that 60 day risk free guarantee, and not 1 customer I brought in has seen any ROI. Junk leads and scam calls are all my clients received. In addition to not properly running campaigns, they hide behind being a start up company as an excuse not to pay employees! My co-workers and I went 6-8 weeks without pay, promotion of incentives that never were approved for pay out, salary reductions without written consent, and all we got was explanations of how hard it is to be a start up! They send offer letters and state salary, however, this is a 1099 contract job that’s being misrepresented to the public as a salary full-time employment. Sam Anmol VP of Sales, an incompetent leader continues to ridicule and belittle employees every time he’s challenged on not delivering what is in writing to the customers! He speaks to everyone in a condescending manner with threats, “if you don’t like what we do at Simplia you can leave!” That’s exactly what I did and I hope to save every business owner from throwing your hard earned money away hiring Simplia! It’s a SCAM!!! Go another direction! You may have to invest more than you’re comfortable to work with a reputable media agency…but make the sacrifice and invest with a more reputable company that will actually be transparent with the campaign results delivering what they commit to on your behalf! Worst decision ever made so please save yourself the trouble!!

Bankrupt / Shut Down This Company / ill motives of operation I worked with Simplia Inc. for approximately six months. In the final month and a half, the company failed to pay me as per the agreed contractual terms. Despite repeated follow-ups, no payments were made. During my time there, I directly observed repeated instances where both clients and professionals were promised services or compensation that were never honored. It became evident that I was not alone numerous professionals and clients (possibly in hundreds) have reported similar patterns of non-payment. While the company presents itself as a digital marketing service provider, the business operations suggest a model focused more on collecting money than delivering services or fulfilling contractual obligations.

Disappointing Experience Simplia stay away from. For 6 months I gave Simplia an opportunity to drive leads to my comany. I’ve had 4 point persons during that time. There’s no continuity amongst ther teams. They sell by the statement they’ll deliver 2x Roi. That’s a myth. Every ad they created had to be edited numerous times. I gave them the zip codes for my ads three times. They stopped running ads without informing me for over a month but continued to bill me. I’m a reasonable and to a fault patient person. Simplia didn’t delivery anything they stated. I would not recommend this company.

The worst marketing, advertising company ever! I was promised that they would handle my website development, Craigslist postings, Google My Business (GMB) management, social media posting, and Meta ads with a 60 day money back guarantee. They continued to charge me monthly for poorly performing marketing ads. When I questioned them about it they promised to correct it to get more viable leads, which did not happen! Stay away from this company! You will spend your hard eraned money for nothing in return!

Simplia a Scam - no joke. Stay away. Simplia is just a real scam company and any positive reviews are fake. If Simplia disputes this, I will provide full documentation. They delivered 0 value after two months, only spam leads, and they changed account managers three times. They promised many things, such as geofencing campaigns (which they didn't do), and LinkedIn campaigns (which they did poorly and had 0 results). They also did a Meta campaign which I never saw, but the spam leads keep coming in. I never even approved it. I paid with my credit card, so I was able to do dispute the transaction with documentation (and I had plenty of documentation). I didn't lose anything, thankfully, and I recommend to others to stay away from this place to begin with. They do not intend on delivering a service. They purposely don't perform because they don't know the work. They might as well be selling you a bridge. Their goal is to keep you paying the monthly fee. That is why there is no cancelation button... If you want to cancel, you have to email them and then they just spin you around with more people pretending to offer great customer service and promises, but no results. After a few months, I received an email from a google account claiming to be a "former Simplia" employee, offering to help me get my refund from them. This is when the scammer tries to offer recovery services, to essentially scam you again. Not a joke: Simplia is actually a scam company. Stay away.

I am owed $10,000 dollars by Simplia I am owed $10,000 by Simplia for services that were never properly delivered. I was sold on a promise of achieving 2x returns on my ad spend through qualified leads; however, I did not receive a single meaningful lead during the entire course of the engagement. In addition, due to agency negligence in managing campaign policies and compliance, my business advertising account was at risk of being banned by [Google/Meta] for violations related to misleading ad practices, which were never disclosed to me in advance or properly managed. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests for resolution, the commitments made by the team were not honored. I strongly advise exercising caution before engaging with this company.

Simplia is a Scam nothing but broken promises!! If I can put 0 STAR I would, at first they sound great promising results, guaranteeing the 2 months or your money back. even after he 2 months pulkit promise he will make this right and not charge me the 900.00 and give me a discount and only charge 500.00, which is really funny as brandon promised that after the 2 months if I am satisfied its only going to be 500.00 each month. Then to my surprise on the 3rd month I got charge another 900.00. I gave them a chance and they simple failed it, after I let them have the control over my google and facebook account only spam/and wrong leads came in and all legitimate lead has stopped. I have been emailing Jessica, Pulkit and Brandon for my refunds and give my money back however no respond of course. I have called several times however same answer, someone will call me back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!! don't believe whatever they say!!

What an increadble company. Amazing work. I am more and more impressed by this company as the days go by. They don't have a work around if you hve a state license that doesn't allow you to use the LLC name you have to use your actually name, or chance loosing your license. (ie Realtor) So this is the most amazing company for any business but a hard no for Realtors.
