0 Star- Scam, Scam Scam Despite making the payment, the agency has not provided any services or responses to my communication attempts. As the services paid for were never delivered, I kindly request you to initiate a dispute/chargeback process and help me recover the amount. If I can give them 0 Zero star I, would. they don't deserve one star. I hope This Company is a big scam; they scammed me $ 900 for AI marketing and a website and other services. I talked to someone called Xzavier he is the manager as he said he is the head of the scam team. He used to answer my phone call but today after I heard about their bankruptcy, he is never answered any calls from me or replied to any of my emails. I am very disappointed. I asked for a refund from them through one person from, Simplia But he told me he don't think I can get a refund
