I am owed $10,000 by Simplia for services that were never properly delivered. I was sold on a promise of achieving 2x returns on my ad spend through qualified leads; however, I did not receive a single meaningful lead during the entire course of the engagement.
In addition, due to agency negligence in managing campaign policies and compliance, my business advertising account was at risk of being banned by [Google/Meta] for violations related to misleading ad practices, which were never disclosed to me in advance or properly managed.
Despite multiple follow-ups and requests for resolution, the commitments made by the team were not honored. I strongly advise exercising caution before engaging with this company.
