She is the best doctor. I have never had a doctor who actually listens to me. Within the first month, she found me meds that make me happy again.
Idk how that secretary has a job the way she talks to ppl and shame on Dr Molaskey for allowing it. She acts like that in front of the Dr and gets away with it! Shes loud, rude and unprofessional!

My experience with Dr. Gauthier raised serious concerns about her compliance with basic patient rights. Despite multiple written requests, she refused to release my medical records for well over a year. Under Pennsylvania law — 42 Pa. C.S. § 6155(b)(1) — patients have the legal right to access and obtain copies of their own medical records without needing a subpoena. This is not optional, and it is not up for interpretation.
Her refusal also violated federal HIPAA requirements, which mandate that providers respond to a records request within 30 days. No response was provided, no extension notice was issued, and no explanation was given. The lack of communication was not only unprofessional — it was unlawful.
The consequences were significant. Because my records were withheld, essential medical information was unavailable during my SSDI process, directly affecting the outcome. A provider’s failure to follow state and federal law should never interfere with a patient’s ability to access their own medical history, especially when that information is critical to a disability determination.
This experience demonstrated a disregard for legal obligations and for the basic rights of patients who depend on accurate, timely access to their own records.

I did have a rude review before but since coming back I'll tell you the receptionist I was referring too is Incredible! She treats you how you treat her.... she's always laughing and joking. So if you go there treat her how you would like to be treated... I promise she's a very nice person.... last review was on ME!!! I was rude, I tried to act hard. And I was not nice to her.... treat her nice and she'll treat you the same.... everyone in that office is wonderful. Tiffany & Dr. Malosky are amazing. I hope they always stay.... 😁🎃
I LOVE the girls in Dr Segalls office as well.... dr Segal. Jessica is my girl.... lol for sure. I just met Gladdy today and she's awesome!!! Love everyone in those two offices!!!! Couldn't ask for nicer people in both offices and the respect you get is from the respect you give!!!!

Doctor cut me off cold turkey and refused to provide me services or even a referral elsewhere. What she did is illegal and called patient abandonment. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this doctor!
