I ordered this chandelier from Shakuff after reviewing options online. In the process of building our new home the electrician had installed a lift for the foyer location before we had selected our chandelier. The light choice we made was more modern requiring a different connection than the traditional light. Shakuff worked with us to ensure the correct adaption would work with our chandelier choice. Looks great and very happy. Easy to contact, discuss, and advise the best combination of number of crystals for room height and size.

I discovered Shakuff when searching endlessly online for just the right lighting over our kitchen counter, and I fell in love. I originally inquired about three individual pendants but when I shared photos of other lighting fixtures in our kitchen and dining room, Nicole suggested the Bloom Chandelier that was so perfect as a complement to our existing pieces, and so out of the ordinary. It was a pleasure working with her and the company, and our fixture arrived when promised, in perfect condition, with installation directions that our electrician easily followed. We love having a mix of clear and amber globes, and a dimmer allows us to go from full, good lighting to a lovely ambient glow. We couldn't recommend Shakuff any more than we do!

Their showroom at industry city is the charm of industry city and it’s so worth to visit the industry city just to take a look at the Shakuff showroom for the lighting fixtures. Every pieces that l laid my eyes on was mesmerizing. So far the best lighting showroom l’ve ever visited in Newyork.

Great experience! Shakuff was willing to do as many remote face time sessions as we needed to make sure what we ordered would be what we wanted. Everything was perfectly packaged and shipped. We had one piece that needed to be replaced and the replacement and return could not have been simpler. Very pleased with how this turned out.
