I had a botched orthodontist experience when it was shaenfield smiles and orthodontist. I have extremely flared teeth "horse teeth" and a retainer that didn't fit. I was treated horrible and thrown out without any attempt to fix my retainer. It's been over a year and my teeth look worse and I look like a monster. I've had no orthodontist even though I was on a year contract with my retainer. Noone has attempted to get a hold of me or refund me . I am ashamed to even smile and I'm severely depressed. I basically paid them to mess up my teeth. "Edgar" treated me with such disrespect and even left a object in my mouth. They put braces on my front teeth that I didn't need and left me disfigured. Shaenfield smiles is responsible for all of this.
I had a plaque build up and got a deep cleaning! From Cassandra I saw Dr Kulla and she set me up to get a root canal which I should had earlier this year! Thank you Shaenfield Smile for your caring and hospitable service! Phyllis Griffin

It was an amazing experience. I went in for extractions, The staff and Dr. Kulla were amazing. They were so patient with me and understanding especially since I have extreme anxiety. I really appreciate them. Definitely will come back again, if I need anything else done 😊
