Sew Handpan Reviews

Instrument out of scale! There worse experience possible. First: they promised "30 day guaranteed delivery..." I needed to ask them to send my handpan as they largely missed the deadline. Second and most important: The handpan is out of scale. The owner Mattia Ingrosso doesn't reply customer messages and when he eventually do it he threatens and call the customer a fraudster because the customer is not happy with the "instrument". Don't buy fom them. I've got the "instrument" that is unplayable and they don't bother! Awful!

High quality handpans and amazing schools all over the world I absolutely love my Sew Handpan (Opera) — it is truly my favorite among all the other brands I own. The quality, sound, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are exceptional. You can really feel how much love and dedication goes into every instrument they create. What I admire even more is the mission behind the company. Sew Handpan is not only making amazing instruments, but also spreading the beauty of handpan music around the world by creating more and more handpan schools and giving people the opportunity to learn from incredible teachers and become part of a supportive community. Amazing makers, wonderful people to work with, and a company that genuinely cares about music, education, and human connection. Highly recommended!
