Never did I think that having my poop tank pumped would be a great experience but here I am. The gentleman that came out today not only took care of business he explained everything, showed me how everything works, and really helped me understand why my alarm was going off. Super nice guy. Everything from the first call, scheduling, and service was amazing.

I was having problems with my sand filter. The alarm was coming on and I couldn’t find the problem. I called Septico and the owner Steve was able to come by that same day. He went through a few procedures and tests and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I highly recommend Septico for any septic problems.

5 stars would give them 10 stars if I could! Came out on a Saturday with no emergency or overnight fees. Fantastic service and honest people. Part of the community and sponsor local events. Called them on a Saturday due to a back up and was stressed about getting someone to come take care of it. They came out and got it taken care of with a fantastic attitude. Helped inform us on proper ways to care for our tank and how often we should have it flushed, explained the systems to us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having issues.

If you are in need of a fair and honest septic system professional that you really feel has your back, this is the one! Steve and Robert were more than helpful in answering all my questions and providing me with some needed education so that I can be well informed in regards to future septic tank maintenance and property safety. All cautious consumers are really looking for, is someone to assess if work needs to be done or not vs. providing some parroted proverbial pitch. You will get this kind of service integrity here. I will be recommending Steve and his crew and also reaching out with any future needs as well.

Steve the owner is great. He provided the best customer service you could wish for. Steve also made himself available same day to address my emergency late on a Saturday afternoon. His rates were also much less than one of his competitors up here. His competitor also had been charging me in the past for a 1500 gal tank when in fact my septic is only 1000 gallon. Thank you Steve!

I experienced an emergency septic issue and called Steve from Septico. The professionalism Steve displayed was exceptional. Steve arrived at my home within 20 minutes of calling him at Septico, which was also shortly before he closed for the day (a Saturday at that!). He diagnosed the problem, connected me with a plumber, and had the issue repaired and resolved within an hour's time. I have lived in our rural community for several years now and have never had such prompt service from a local provider. Thank you, Steve, for your outstanding service to the community.
