Negligence, withholding medical records, and multiple issues addressed with not only the facility, but the IDPH and Illinois Department of Aging - saying I have a case. To not only tell me once, twice but THREE TIMES they couldn’t help me or my aunt. They are injury lawyers, so if you’re looking to vocalize and stop negligence and abuse, don’t choose this firm for your elderly loved one. They didn’t have to tell me 3 times, and they didn’t have to say I have a “potential” case. SENIOR JUSTICE for who? Highly unlikely to recommend. Don’t say your elderly abuse lawyers if you’re not. Waste of time and effort. BY THE WAY, she died.
