Due to unfortunate circumstances that happened to our beloved family member while in the care of a nursing home facility we began our search for a lawyer to hold them responsible. I have recently had a notable experience with the Senior Justice Law Firm of Boca Raton, Fl. My interactions were primarily with David Brevda Esq., Michael Brevda Esq., and their support staff. I had submitted an outline of my complaint against a rehab facility to the Law Firm which was promptly addressed. Although I withdrew from the case due to my own emotional distress, their response was positive, and they were eager to proceed. I was fortunate enough to have lengthy phone conversations with both gentlemen. In each exchange I was overwhelmed by their kindness, compassion, integrity, honesty, and decency. When I discontinued the case, there was no pressure on me to proceed, instead a pledge by them to resume the investigation if I chose to do so, and to make it as simple and stress free as possible for me.
