very poor communication! I called to ask questions about an elder financial fraud situation in my family and the 1st woman was inefficient in collecting my information and hung up on me. I called back and a 2nd different woman also hung up. the 3rd woman offered to help but then stated that they only service nursing home clients, I stated that's not what your website said, financial abuse was also handled... I thanked her and stated I'll look for another attorney that was willing to help. very disappointing how the office handles new calls...👎🏻
