I have knee surgery coming up soon, and needed grab bars installed in the tub. I called on Friday. Matthew answered the phone personally and said he would try to fit the job into their schedule. He called back the next day (Saturday), and said they would be able to come Monday. Responsive, efficient, nice, courteous, and competent. The new bars are exactly what I need, and that’s a big load off my mind.

This company, the owner, and the techs are fantastic! I called on a Sunday to ask for grab bars that my 90-year-old mother urgently needed, and three new bars were installed the next morning. I can't even believe they pulled this off, and my mother was very happy too. Highly recommend!

My husband fell and broke fractured his hip in May. When he came home, he couldn't put weight on his leg and had to use a wheelchair. After trying unsuccessfully to get him in the house through the front door that only has 2 steps, I searched for temporary wheelchair ramps. A friend recommended Senior Home Solutions. This company was so kind and professional. When I explained my situation, they came out the same day. They went over all the details with me. They measured the front porch and the steps onto the porch and into the house. Within one day they had installed the ramp. They checked on us regularly to ensure the ramp was working for us. They were so kind and compassionate. Oh, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with making their home more accessible.

I had a tight deadline to get a ramp put in. Something like 2 and 1/2 days. The guys were here at 8:00 by 10:00 my ramp was in. And they are going out of their way to try to provide me with a solution to an odd architectural issue with my house. Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly professional explained everything clearly. I cannot imagine working with a better group of people. I talked to owner on Saturday. My ramp was installed on Monday. They said between 11 am and 4pm. They were here at 830 am. They were very professional.I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Senior Home Solutions is an amazing organization! I was in urgent need of grab bar installation for my 87 year old Mother, with a limited window of time to get it done. I received a recommendation from a trusted source, and gave Matt a call. Matt found a way to schedule two of his guys to come by my Mom’s house between previously scheduled jobs. Tony and Chase showed up right on time - were incredibly professional. They installed 3 grab bars into 3 different substrates smoothly and efficiently. I could not have been happier with the quality of their work, and their compassion for our situation. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys - you really made a difference for us.
