You approached us wanting to sell your car on a Sunday. The vehicle had 271,971 km on the odometer, no physical service book, and no digital or printed invoices provided at the time—only a photo of a single invoice shown on your phone. You mentioned you might be able to contact your mechanic for more, but again, saying you could get them later is not the same as having proper documentation—especially when you wanted to sell the car on the spot and receive same-day payment. Based on our experience, cars without a logbook or service history take significantly longer to sell and carry more risk, which directly affects the price.

You had high expectations for the car’s value, and before giving you a quote, I clearly explained that your price expectations were high for the car’s mileage, condition, and lack of service history, and that selling privately might be your best option. I even mentioned I didn’t want to offend you with a lower offer. However, you still asked for a quote, and I provided one that was fair and reasonable based on the high mileage, lack of service history, and the car’s condition.

As for the appointment, we kindly asked you to let us know before arriving. We were not notified that you were outside until you called, at which point I had just finished assisting another customer and came directly to inspect your car. We met you on a Sunday, when most competitors are closed. We made time to see you, despite it being the weekend. To say we were unprofessional or dishonest about the timing is inaccurate and unfair. You were seen, greeted, and served respectfully.

Also, to clarify, the message you referenced as "disrespectful" was sent to you after you wrote your review, which you later altered—not before. It was a calm and factual explanation of what happened and the quote you received.

When you called us, I answered and you mentioned you couldn’t find the place. After asking about the vehicle, you told me it was an old car for scrap. I suggested that you bring it to our nearby yard, just four minutes away. You replied that you were already on your way to your priority work, so I immediately offered to have my colleague meet you at your location within 2–3 minutes to make things easier. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you, and later saw this review.

We always aim to make the car-selling process hassle-free and flexible. Customers can either bring their car to us, or if it’s more convenient, we can come to their home or workplace for inspection and pick-up.
