If you're looking for someone who is professional, responsive, and not sleezy, I highly recommend Edward Gomez. I had fallen on hard times and needed to sell my home quickly. Unfortunately, there were plenty of people out there looking to take advantage of the situation, but Edward wasn't one of them. Where to begin? I cannot say enough good things about Edward and his team and company. My Daddy passed away at the end of March this year and I was tasked with many challenges with the home that was his (along with my Mom before she passed) for 45 years. It not only had 45 years of memories, furniture, photos, etc., they were both the eldest of their respective families and had the same types of items from their own parents' homes from when they passed so it had 100 years of "stuff". Other than a roof and a couple of replacement appliances, it had not been updated for about 35 years and we did not have the money to update to get on the market and needed to sell quickly. That's EXACTLY what Edward and his team did for us. After I cleaned out photos, furnishings other items we were either giving to family members or donating to charity, Edward sent in his team to clear out the trash, junk, and furniture we could not move, cleaned up the house, had photos taken, and put on the market. He even sent help to my house in Houston to unload the trailer of furniture from my Daddy's house. Due to some family issues, it was not able to be placed on the market until Labor Day weekend (the worst time to put a house up for sale), so we weren't getting anything but lowball offers. Edward and his team readjusted. All within 2 months...it only took that long due to probate issues. They bought the home, which will be remodeled and go back on the market - can't wait to see the photos of the revitalized house. Edward maintained OUTSTANDING communication and updates, kept everyone in the loop with group texts, kept the process moving forward and made things HAPPEN, and provided a PHENOMENAL experience, exceeding all expectations! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Edward when you need to sell a property quickly!
