I had a last minute issue with my driver and decided to leave my luggage at this storage facility. Although my boat was departing from kusamba ,I decided to travel 20 minutes to this location first. I coordinated with them on WhatsApp. They were very quick to respond back and thoroughly professional. Before I reached they has all my paperwork ready, I just signed , paid , dropped my luggage and went to catch my boat. The pickup after coming back was also very smooth. Highly reliable and professional people

Amazing service! We decided to go to Gili without our suitcases, so we left them here. Even though we were late for pickup because of the weather, they still waited for us. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Dita and the Self Storage held our luggage whilst we spent 5 days on Gili Air. It was totally professional. Dita had arranged all the paperwork for when we arrived so it was a quick drop off. The communication and details of where to locate them made it all so much easier. Good prices also.
