Kyle was incredibly thorough and documented every detail of the property and explained the issues in a clear and concise way so that I understood exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He earned every cent of the inspection fee, crawling under the house, in every attic, on the roof and inspected every fuse box and plumbing.

We had an excellent experience with Sego Inspections. Mark was extremely professional, thorough, and personable. He explained exactly how he conducted the inspection and took the time to walk us through everything. His report was very detailed, with clear explanations and photos, making it easy to understand the condition of the home. Beyond the inspection, we enjoyed chatting with him about general life topics, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with Mark’s thoroughness and professionalism in completing the inspection of the home we are buying. He is a very good communicator and completed the inspection in a timely manner. We would recommend he and his wife, Cindy, who completed our radon test.

We have used your company on more than one occasion and always find it very professional very thorough and yet you do not scare people to death because you found something. You are at the top of our list as far as inspectors go Joan Bullard Realty Inc. Odell, Illinois

Have used this company twice. They were wonderful both times! They are so very thorough with their pictures and explanations on all of their findings, good and bad even with the large 100+ year old homes i sent them to. Kyle was very pleasant, timely, professional, but explained things so that anyone could understand, and looked at things I didn't even think to look at. They were able to work me in with very short notice this last time and im so appreciative! Will definitely use them again!
