At the completion of the service, our team lead conducted a walkthrough with you, and the completion form was reviewed and signed, confirming that the service had been completed to your satisfaction at that time. None of the concerns mentioned in your review, including the alleged damage or cleaning quality, were raised during the walkthrough or immediately after the appointment.

We received these complaints approximately one week after the service was completed. As outlined in our service policy, any concerns regarding the quality of cleaning or damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service so they can be promptly investigated while the details are still verifiable. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or accept claims reported well beyond this timeframe.

We take professionalism and customer satisfaction seriously and always encourage customers to raise any concerns immediately so we have the opportunity to address them. While we respect your opinion, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the circumstances surrounding the completion of the service.
