Emir and Jod were very punctual, communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I received not only a beautifully clean carpet (smells essentially free of cat pee, it was intolerable before) but thorough follow-up instructions with and an explanation for why the clean worked mechanically. Excellent work!

My boyfriend and I recently got our first home and we knew the carpets were dirty so I called power pup after getting a quote. I’ve never seen cleaner carpets in a house before! We had pet and food stains from the previous owner and after Emir cleaned them the carpets look like they’re brand new. I got the traditional carpet clean and sanitized carpet services.

I recently reached out to Marcus at Power Pup Clean to help with the hardwood floors in a client’s home. The floors had developed a pretty unpleasant odor, and I was hoping they could help.
Marcus and his crew were out the very next business day, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The floors looked great, smelled great, and the entire experience was professional from start to finish.
What impressed me most, though, was Marcus himself. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the people he works with. He even took the time to follow up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. To me, that says a lot about someone and the way they run their business.
When I bring someone into a client’s home, I want to know I can trust them to do good work, communicate well, and take care of my client. Marcus did exactly that.
I’ll definitely be calling Marcus and Power Pup Clean again. And if a friend, client, or colleague asked me who I’d recommend, I’d feel completely comfortable giving them Marcus’s name. That’s probably the best compliment I can give.
Thank you, David! We really appreciate you trusting Power Pup Clean with your client’s hardwood floors in South Seattle. I'm a 1st time customer and will definitely use Power Pup Clean again. This company is the real deal ... established, professional, price competitive and has amazing employees.
Setting a convenient time to clean my mattress topper was a snap. I received texts confirming my appointment, information on the services ordered and then a couple more on the day of service.
Emir, my technician arrived early in the 2-hour service window and quickly got down to business. He explained the cleaning process and product, cleaned both sides of the topper and even took a video showing clean extraction water.
Emir was friendly, informative, professional and kind. He helped me reposition the topper to another room for drying, wore booties through the house and spoke with high regard about his manager and the organization. And his cleaning service was top notch.
I would not hesitate to recommend Emir and Power Pup Clean to family, friends, neighbors ... or anyone. I look forward to sleeping on my newly cleaned topper!
